Paolo Euron nasce nel 1965 a Castagnole Delle Lanze (Asti). Studia filosofia a Torino, con soggiorni di studio presso l’Università di Heidelberg e quella di Vienna. Nel 1989 cura la progettazione e organizzazione di attività letterarie per la Città di Torino, Assessorato alla Gioventù. Inizia la collaborazione a «La rivista di estetica», «Filosofia», «Il Verri» e «L’indice dei libri del mese». Nel 1991 ottiene una borsa di studio presso l’Università di Colonia. Nel 1992 si laurea in Filosofia presso l’Università degli Studi di Torino con una tesi su poesia e conoscenza nella poesia di R. M. Rilke.
Tra il 1993 e il 1997 insegna lingua e cultura italiana presso il Consolato Generale d’Italia di Stoccarda, quindi, fino al 2000, presso l’Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Stoccarda. Tra il 1997 e il 2000 soggiorna per ricerca a Stoccarda e Leonberg. Nel 1999 soggiorna per ricerca a Londra dove è ospite del Warburg Institute. Nel 2001 ottiene il Dottorato in Filosofia (Estetica) presso l’Università di Bologna.
Dal 1987 svolge attività letteraria in prosa e in poesia. Numerose pubblicazioni e collaborazioni. Viene invitato a leggere le proprie opere presso l’università di Stoccarda e di Hohenhein. Nel 1992 rappresenta la letteratura italiana alla Biennale dei giovani artisti di Valencia.
Nel 2001 ottiene l’abilitazione per l’insegnamento di Filosofia, Psicologia e Scienze dell’Educazione nelle Scuole Superiori. Nel 2002 riceve la nomina a cultore della materia in Filosofia presso l’Università degli Studi di Torino e nel 2005 ottiene la nomina a cultore della materia in Storia delle Religioni. Dal 2001 inizia ad insegnare filosofia presso la Facoltà di Scienze della Formazione dell’Università degli Studi di Torino e a svolgere ricerca.
Nel 2003 è nominato professore a contratto in «Didattica delle scritture» presso la Scuola Interateneo di Specializzazione per gli Insegnanti della Scuola Secondaria (S.I.S.) dell’Università degli Studi di Torino, quindi è nominato professore a contratto in «Tematiche di filosofia morale» nel Corso di Laurea Interfacoltà in Educatore Professionale. Nel 2004 è nominato professore a contratto in «Strumenti per lo studio e l’insegnamento della filosofia» presso la Scuola Interateneo di Specializzazione. Nel 2005 è nominato professore a contratto in «Lessico filosofico» presso la Scuola Interateneo di Specializzazione. Dal 2005 tiene il corso di Scrittura per dissertazione di laurea presso la Facoltà di Scienze della Formazione dell’Università degli Studi di Torino, sede di Savigliano.
Nel novembre del 2008 è visiting scholar presso il Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts della Chulalongkorn University di Bangkok. Nel 2009 tiene alcune Special Lectures presso il Department of Western Languages della Chulalongkorn University di Bangkok. Dal 2009 insegna Selected Studies in Italian Language presso il Department of Western Languages della Faculty of Arts della Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. Dal 2009 tiene alcune Special Lectures presso il Department of Philosophy and Religion della Assumption University di Bangkok: “Art and Knowledge in Romantic Philosophy”, “Work of Art and Truth in Heidegger”, “Philosophy and movies: What is a human being? Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner”. Nel 2010 insegna Basic Concepts of Western Philosophy presso il Department of Philosophy della Chulalongkorn University di Bangkok.
Dal 2010 insegna History of Italian Ideas presso la Chulalongkorn University di Bangkok.
